Just a quick note, I work down at Steveston Village (fishing/quiant tourist area) and right when I got off shift, I noticed tons of little girls and mother everywhere. So curiously, I followed to crowd of people and realized that Zac Efron (in the white crew neck) was there filming a movie in a restaurant called Shady Island. Sadly, my camera didn't get back from the shop, so I only had my phone camera on me, but I saw him across the street, and then again when he was in a car lol. My friend and I were walking along away from the hoards of screaming children, and his car passed by so we decided to wave, thinking that he wouldn't have seen, but HE DID lol. And waved back. All in all, I very random and sporadic day of spotting a celebrity HAHA. Lainey (Vancouver-based-wannabe-Perez-Hilton-whom-I-hate-with-a-passion) ain't got shit on that.

That guy in the red beater was super funny because all the little girls knew his name since he was one of the PR crews that held back the screaming fans (me not included because I'm not crazy). Little girls (ages below 10) were all screaming for him trying to get details, and some were hugging/tugging on his shirt/body LOL. And I know as a fact that he secretly LOVED it lol.
Too bad Zac Efron didn't do a signing or anything, it would have been nice since there weren't that many people there, 35 at most, so he COULD have signed a few autographs since some of the girls were actually carrying glossy prints of him in hopes of a signing...
The summer weather has finally ended. I, for one, am happy because that means I can go back to wearing thick sweaters, jackets, gloves, scarves, utilizing my skills of layering and the ability to wear boots. Oh winter how I've missed you. I'm also super psyched for all the concerts coming up in Vancouver. So far, I've got tickets to:
10/02 - Deadmau5
10/10 - Passion Pit
10/15 - Slipknot & Deftones
10/27 - Mika
11/08 - Matthew Good Band & Mother Mother
Oh gosh, just thinking about all of them makes me super stoked! And yes, I know, they are all over the place in terms of music genres and what not haha. Techno, Electro Pop, Metal, Alternative, Rock. It's like a sampler on a menu, I can't wait! But anyway, since I'm out of a camera...

Kind of in a weird mood today, mainly because of the rain plus starting a new job at a local coffee shop, but it was very bland and I don't think I'll keep it for long. So it's all random and well, random.
LET THAT BE ENOUGH - SWITCHFOOT
CHECK MY BRAIN - ALICE IN CHAINS
INLAND SEA - AND YOU WILL KNOW US BY THE TRAIL OF DEAD
STRANGE DAYS - MATTHEW GOOD BAND

CHANGES (IN THE HOUSE OF FLIES) - DEFTONES

THE REELING - PASSION PIT
HEARTSPRINGS - HEIRUSPECS
SAVE HIM - JUSTIN NOZUKA
Save him is one of my favorite songs just because I love when songs tell heartfelt stories, and seriously, plus listen or google the lyrics to that song, it'll make you tear up inside.
Sooo I've haven't been posting in a while, but I promise to post more when I can!
Right now, I'm really liking Taylor Momsen and her new hair.

I love her style and everything too and I don't really give a hoot for people who critisize her on how "she's too young" or "where's her mother" or "how does her mother let her dress like that" blah blah blahhhh...I personally like her style and how she dresses. And hey, she's sixteen and famous, that's just how talented she is. Heck I wish I had half that motivation to do all the thigs she's already done.
Plus her band's actually pretty good. I had the chance to see them (if you read the previous posts a few months back) when they were touring with the Veronicas, and they handled the crowd well. Plus the songs are really catchy and I'm in love with the drummer LOL. Here's some for you guys...
I REALLY FUCKING LOVE YOU - PRETTY RECKLESS
ZOMBIE - PRETTY RECKLESS
HE LOVES YOU - PRETTY RECKLESS
BLENDER - PRETTY RECKLESS
Oh and my camera's busted, which sucks, so no more outfit posts until it comes back from the shop :(
Sooo I've been super busy and haven't posted anything in a LONG while. My bad.
But all you shoppers out there that live in BC, you're in luck :)

TIPS ON SURVIVING THE MAYHEM...
- bring a side bag or crossbody bag. big purses usually have to be checked in the front.
- wear something with pockets so you can easily carry your wallet/cell phone
- grab everything that you're interested in and hug onto them like your life depends on it, because usually people like to grab at other people's thing if they're desperate.
- it's a communal changing room so if you're shy, wear some boy shorts, or a skirt/long shirt in order to try on clothes with ease.
- also watch out for your OWN clothes, especially if it's denim, because there have been many incidents where people have lost there jeans because somebody has taken them thinking that they were part of the sale.
- if you have a boyfriend going with you, he can be used as a home base to guard all your clothes. lol.
- watch out for new racks coming in from the back, they usually either hold refills or new things not on the floor yet.
- bring cash because they might give you an extra 10% off your purchase, although they didn't do that last year.
Have Fun!

Sooo I've just come back from a really great concert! I promise to post pics of that tomorrow, since my camera's on the fritz and I have to wait for it to charge before I can import the pictures off my camera. Ugh. But yes, it was a really good concert! The kind that gives you a little adrenaline kick at the end, and you're all giddy afterwards lol. I'm not going to spoil the surprise but I'll give you a hint at who I saw...
"The how I can't recall
But I'm staring at what once was the wall
Separating east and west
Now they meet amidst the broad daylight"Answers anyone?
Anyway, here's some things I'm really liking right now!

Stingray Baby Spike Bracelet
Skeleton Shell Spike Necklace
Twisted Snake Bracelet
Rose Gold Wide Retro Bracelet
Hopefully I can find something similar to those pieces in the near future, since I'm totally not up to spending around $600+ on one piece alone lol. Although I wish it were possible...
BTW, I'll be doing a little DIY in the near future.
